Around the World on 08-08-08 was a cultural arts festival for the whole family, celebrated at the Rancho Cucamonga Cultural Center. Entertainment included ADAAWE, an African group presented by RC Community Foundation, Tacky the Penguin representing Antarctica, Indian Sitar music in the Quiet Reading Room, Polynesian dancers, bagpipes and a flamenco dancer representing Europe, Cowboy Storytimes from North America, and a pan flutist and accordian player representing South America.
