Over 17 years ago, Jack and Linda Williams designed Richie’s Diner and its menu from their growin’ up days with family favorite recipes from their Texas and Alabama roots.  Linda has spent years perfecting her made-from-scratch desserts like Creamy Banana Pie, Southern Pecan Pie and her favorite, German Chocolate Cake topped with a ton of Real Vanilla Ice Cream.  Yes, Linda’s luscious desserts will satisfy the most particular sweet tooth and her list of desserts is impressive.
