Over 17 years ago, Jack and Linda Williams designed Richie’s Diner and its menu from their growin’ up days with family favorite recipes from their Texas and Alabama roots. Linda has spent years perfecting her made-from-scratch desserts like Creamy Banana Pie, Southern Pecan Pie and her favorite, German Chocolate Cake topped with a ton of Real Vanilla Ice Cream. Now Jack’s been busy cookin’ up the best tastin’ Premium Steaks in town over his authentic Mesquite Wood-Smoked BBQ.
