How long has your business been serving the community of Rancho Cucamonga?
We have been serving Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Fontana, Chino and Chino Hills for the past 18 months. The Maids Home Services of Rancho Cucamonga is one of many franchises of The Maids International, which has been around for 30 years. We are happy to be a part of such an experienced and successful franchise business.

We provide customers convenience, reliability and the utmost quality. Our four-person teams are professionally trained, supervised, bonded and insured. Each team includes a team leader who ensures that homes are cleaned to The Maids’ highest cleaning standards. The Maids also cleans for health, which is especially important for those who suffer from allergies and asthma.

The Maids cleans for health. We use what is called a 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System that enables us to clean homes so they are healthier, not just cleaner. Everything we do is for the health of our clients and their families. We use environmentally preferable cleaning products and the best cleaning equipment. For example, our Back Pack Vacs feature a four-step HEPA filtration system that captures up to 99% of all dust and allergens. We want to make sure that after we leave a home, it is both cleaner and healthier. Not every maid service has their client’s health in mind when they clean, which sets us apart.
What is your goal with each client?
My goal with each client is to provide them with time to enjoy life with their family and/or friends, to work without worrying about coming back and have to clean their house. I want them to feel excited from the moment he or she calls us for a free no-obligation estimate to the second they walk through the door of their clean home after our team has provided service. We pride ourselves that every detail of their interaction with The Maids will be positive, from their first call to us, through our follow-up call after service.
Do you have any special programs for the summer season?
Right now, in celebration of The Maids’ 30th Anniversary, we have a spring special: Save $100. It’s $25 off the first four cleans. We also are offering Mother’s Day gift certificates along with a 10% discount on those services.
